Tina will speak on\u00a0the history of afternoon tea, including the journey from China via Victorian England to the Present Day USA.\u00a0This is a unique insight into how Tea traveled from China and around Europe, how the Victorian Tea Time was created and how Tea became the British National Drink, the emergence of the humble Tea Room, the surprising difference between high tea and afternoon tea, &amp; how Tea Rooms have developed in the USA in more recent years. Samples will be provided. Registration on website is required.
